- Customer Order Details: Customer name, delivery address, phone number, and items purchased to fulfill shipments and calculate cash-on-delivery (COD).
- Technical & Analytics Data: IP address, device type, browser headers, and conversion event signals (Meta Pixel and Conversions API: hashed phone number, name and city, ad-click identifiers, and your order value, shared with Meta so the store owner can measure and improve their advertising).
2. How We Protect Your Data
We implement enterprise-grade security standards: all third-party API credentials and sensitive keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Multi-tenant database queries enforce strict PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) and tenant isolation.
3. Sharing of Information
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data is shared exclusively with designated service providers necessary for fulfilling store services:
- Connected shipping couriers (e.g., Steadfast, Pathao, RedX) for parcel delivery.
- Integrated payment gateways (e.g., bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz) for payment verification.
- Cloud storage providers (Cloudflare R2) for media delivery.
4. Data Retention and Merchant Control
Merchants retain the right to access, export, or delete their store data and customer records at any time directly through the merchant dashboard or by contacting customer support.
