1. Account Registration and Store Management
To use GoCommerce BD as an online merchant, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete business information, including your full name, valid mobile number (+880), and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
2. Permitted Use & Merchant Conduct
Merchants are strictly prohibited from selling illegal goods, counterfeit products, unlicensed medications, weapons, or items prohibited under Bangladesh Law and Digital Security regulations. GoCommerce BD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any store violating these guidelines without prior notice.
3. Subscription Plans, Billing & Fees
GoCommerce BD provides both free and tiered paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Growth). Per-order transaction fees for physical, digital, and reselling products are charged in integer poisha according to your active subscription plan. Fees and billing terms are clearly stated prior to purchase.
4. Logistics & Payment Integrations
GoCommerce BD provides direct API connectors to third-party couriers (such as Steadfast, Pathao, RedX) and payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz). Merchants are responsible for their respective third-party provider agreements, parcel handling, and delivery settlements.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, interface designs, trademarks, and documentation provided by GoCommerce BD remain the exclusive property of GoCommerce BD. Merchants retain complete ownership of their own uploaded product images, content, and branding.
6. Limitation of Liability
GoCommerce BD provides its services "as is" and "as available". We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, delivery courier delays, or unauthorized account access caused by merchant negligence.
